Design Consultation
Have a designer visit your home for a consultation. This service is ideal for
a smaller scale project. We can address adding curb-appeal and landscape
enhancements, plant composition, waterfeatures, grading, and general layout of
spaces. Plant identification and care tips can also be included. A free-hand
sketch may be provided as part of this service. If you would like assistance
through the installation process we can provide an estimate for the work
discussed.
This service is $75 per hour with a minimum fee of $75 and includes one way
travel.
Custom
Residential Master Plan
This service is ideal for people with a newly constructed
home that does not have existing landscaping or where a major landscaping
renovation is desired. The master plan may include entry development, backyard
living space, waterscapes, sprinkler system, nightscaping, and plant
composition. The fees for this service are specific to the site and scope
of the project.
Landsystems approach to landscaping is termed design/build.
This means we design, build, and plant our landscapes with our own crews. This
gives you the opportunity to build a relationship with one company for any or
all of your landscape needs.
Our construction team is made up of experienced craftsman that
have excellent skills and take great pride in their work. They are an incredible
asset and work closely with the design team throughout the installation process.
Our landscape construction includes: site work, planting with Landsystems
quality plants, paver or stone patios or walks, retainer walls, decks (including
benches, lanais, & gazebos), nightscaping, waterfeatures, and sprinkler system
installation.
We
are dedicated to stay on the “cutting edge” with our Express Blower application
service. We can ’install’ bark mulches & compost in a fraction of the time it
would take you to wheelbarrow, shovel, rake & smooth. We can blow 20-60 yards of
material per hour and reach areas up to 300 ft. from the truck. The Express
Blower installation has a satiny smooth finish unattainable by hand. You will be
amazed at the results.
